Terms of Service — Space Swipe

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Space Swipe mobile application ("the app," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Space Swipe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Space Swipe is a photo and video library management tool for iPhone. The app helps you review, organize, and delete items from your Apple Photos library. All processing occurs on your device. Space Swipe does not provide cloud storage, backup services, or account-based features.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Space Swipe. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Photos Library Access

Space Swipe requires access to your Apple Photos library to function. You grant this permission through iOS system settings and may revoke it at any time. Space Swipe does not upload, copy, or transmit your photos or videos to external servers.

Deletion of Content

When you confirm a deletion through Space Swipe, the app instructs iOS to move selected items to your Recently Deleted folder, where Apple retains them for up to 30 days before permanent removal. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all deletions. Space Swipe is not responsible for any content that is accidentally or unintentionally deleted.

Storage Estimates

Space Swipe displays estimated file sizes and potential space savings. These figures are approximations derived from available device metadata and may not reflect exact storage values reported by iOS. Estimates should not be relied upon as precise measurements.

Subscriptions and Payments

Space Swipe offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. All billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed by Apple through your Apple ID account settings. We do not collect or store payment information. Subscription pricing is displayed at the time of purchase. Free trial eligibility and duration are determined by Apple's subscription policies and your account history. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

Free Tier Limitations

Space Swipe provides limited free functionality, including a daily swipe limit. Certain features, such as Biggest Files review, require an active subscription.

Intellectual Property

Space Swipe, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the app.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Space Swipe for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with the app's operation or security, or misrepresent your identity or eligibility while using the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Space Swipe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of photos or videos, loss of storage, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of Space Swipe. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of Space Swipe or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time without notice. You may stop using the app and delete it at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
