Privacy Policy — Space Swipe

Space Swipe ("we," "our," or "the app") is designed to help users review, organize, and delete photos and videos from their device. Your privacy is a core part of how the app is built.

Information We Access

Space Swipe requests permission to access your photo library only so the app can display your photos and videos, help you review them, and allow you to decide what to keep or delete.

• We do not upload your photo library to external servers.
• We do not permanently store your photos or videos outside your device.
• We do not create user accounts.
• We do not require login credentials.

On-Device Processing

Photo analysis, review flows, file size calculations, duplicate checks, screenshot detection, and related cleanup functions are performed locally on your device whenever possible.

Photos and videos remain under your control unless you explicitly choose to delete them through Apple's system photo controls.

Purchases

Space Swipe offers optional paid subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.

Payments are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Subscription management, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled through your Apple ID account settings.

Analytics and Diagnostics

Space Swipe uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used in aggregate — for example which screens people visit, how they move through the review and cleanup flows, and how they interact with the subscription screen. This helps us fix problems and improve the app.

The analytics we collect are anonymous product-usage signals along with basic diagnostic data (such as app version, device model, and a non-permanent device identifier). We do not enable advertising identifiers (IDFA), and this data is not used to track you across other apps or websites.

Analytics never include your photos, videos, or their contents, file names, or any personal identifiers. Space Swipe may also collect limited crash and performance information through Apple system services to improve stability.

Third-Party Services

Space Swipe relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Apple — app delivery, in-app purchases, subscription processing, and system diagnostics.
• Google Firebase Analytics— anonymous, aggregated usage analytics as described above. Firebase's handling of this data is governed by Google's privacy policy.

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not share photo library content with advertisers.
• We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Data Retention

Because Space Swipe does not maintain user accounts or cloud storage for personal photo content, most user-controlled content remains only on your device.

If diagnostic data is collected through Apple services, retention follows Apple's platform policies.

Children's Privacy

Space Swipe is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Control

• You may revoke photo access at any time in iOS Settings.
• You may cancel subscriptions through Apple ID subscription settings.
• You may delete the app at any time.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated if app features, legal requirements, or platform requirements change.
